Participated in conferences on the history, roles, functions and structure of the BDL. We got an overview of the monetary system. Directors of the 19 departments such as accounting, money services businesses, foreign studies, inspection and audit, organization and development, explained to us in details what their work is based on and how they manage it.

From June 2019 to August 2019
Supervision of interesting services such as online banking service, treasury department,
personal credit service, marketing and communication services, back and front office
operations, customer service and cashiers. During the last 4 weeks of the internship, I had to
interact directly with clients to help them complete a survey about banking services and their
experience.
