USJ Alumni Office
Established in 2013, the USJ Alumni Office reports directly to the Rector and works closely with the USJ Federation of Alumni Associations. Its mission is to maintain a strong, active, and lasting connection between USJ and its graduates. The Office centralizes alumni data, ensures regular and personalized communication, and supports collective initiatives, particularly through alumni associations.
Since 2020, the Office has managed the platform AlumniUSJ.org, developed in partnership with Alumnforce and the Federation of Alumni Associations. This strategic platform centralizes graduate and student contact information, facilitates communication, and strengthens engagement within the community.
To stay connected with Alumni, the Office engages through multiple channels, including the weekly newsletter “Alumni Actus,” which highlights key news, as well as regular posts, announcements, and other communications. The goal is to inform, engage, and respond to the needs of each graduate while maintaining a personalized and continuous connection.
The Office also supports the creation and activities of local and international alumni associations. It helps with the setup and launch of these associations, assists with logistics and communication, and contributes to organizing their events. Through this support, the Office fosters a sense of belonging and strengthens cohesion within the alumni community, while highlighting graduates’ collective engagement in support of the University and its values.
